Who is running this shoppe?

Hi! My name is Erika Flynn (she/they). I am the freelance graphic artist and Illustrator behind Good Majick™. Thank you very much for your interest in my work! I’m the sole-proprietor here.

    1. When you buy things from me, you are supporting a self-employed artist working hard to create happiness in the world

    2. My work is printed in the USA, with a special emphasis on working with small businesses (especially in Maine)

    3. I hope my art and products bring you joy and remain useful to you for many years

    4. Good Majick packaging is cool, useful and in most cases, recyclable

  • I live and work in Bar Harbor, Maine (Wabanaki Land). This shop is not brick-and-mortar; it’s an online business.

  • I use Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. I design on my laptop using a Wacom Cintiq 16” pen display. Some of my favorite Photoshop brushes are from ‘True Grit Texture Supply’ and I love Kyle’s Photoshop brushes. I also use pencil and paper, ink gouache and watercolor. Collages are created with clippings from magazines and old books that aren’t a shame to cut up. I assemble them with Mod Podge®.

Shipping

  • I pack and ship my orders on Wednesdays and Fridays, however, your item’s final departure from Good Majick™ is at the whim of my rural mail truck and United States federal holidays. It’s best to assume that your order’s processing time will be anywhere from 1-5 business days.

    If you are in a rush, contact me and I’ll do my best to get yours in the mail as soon as I can.

  • I use the United States Postal Service for all of my orders.

  • Yes indeed!

  • The United States Postal Service is usually able to deliver packages anywhere between 2-9 days (within the contiguous 48 US states).

    Best-to-assume:
    Domestic orders will take 2-18 days

    International orders will take 1 week - 2 months

    If you live in the USA, Canada, Mexico, Japan, or Australia, then yes! The USPS ships to 180+ countries worldwide.

    Unfortunately, I am not able to ship to the United Kingdom at this time. Maybe someday, when I can get a VAT number and brokering agent. Thank you for your understanding. I will consider printing Tshirts with the UK’s on-demand garment printing service Everpress if I have enough interest. Drop me a line if you are!

  • If you live outside the USA, then there is a possibility that you will need to pay customs and tariffs when receiving your package. I can’t say for certain if you will be subject to these fees.

  • Yes. Here’s what happens after you complete your order:

    1. A friendly robot will immediately send you an automated email receipt for your purchase

    2. Once I have packed your order and dropped it in the mail, I will send you an additional email to let you know it’s on the way.

      If you purchased USPS ‘First Class’ or ‘Priority Mail’ shipping, this email will also contain your order’s tracking number .

      (tracking only available for orders shipping within the USA).

  • OH NO!

    If you received your order damaged, *please* get in touch with me ASAP. I will help you file your claim to the USPS. I want to help you receive compensation.

    Kindly save all packaging material and damaged goods. Without these, I will not be able to help you with filing your claim.

    You must be willing to share photos of the packaging and goods with me via email and remain in contact throughout the filing process.

    Good Majick™ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

Returns & Refunds

  • I want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase!

    If you wish to make a return or exchange, please contact me within 30 days of your purchase to have your item evaluated.

    If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

  • Return/exchange process:

    1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

    2. Contact me to let me know that you’re making an exchange/return so that I can keep my eye out for your package.

    3. Pack your order, purchase return shipping to Good Majick™ and send it back to me

    4. Once I receive your return and have inspected it, I’ll send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange

    5. Once approved, I will make a refund to you in the currency that you used for your purchase

    If preferred, you may receive your refund in the form of an online gift card to my shop.

    When possible, I am happy to exchange your item for something of equal value, such as a different size or color of the returned item.

    Please note:

    — You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item

    — Your original shipping cost is non-refundable

    — If you are receiving an exchange in return for your returned item, you will be responsible for your exchange’s shipping costs

    — Gift cards are not returnable

    — Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded
